We operate simply to process your order because we are a small business. Here's how it works:

1) E-mail us at berry@wissenberry.com or call us at 1-(708)-798-1008 with the item or items in which you are interested.

2) Include your name, telephone number, and mailing address.

3) We will total your order, including shipping charges, and advise you via e-mail or phone.

4) You may pay by personal check, cashier's check, or money order. U.S. DOLLARS ONLY!!! We do not accept credit cards and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

5) Your payment may be made payable to: Pat Tipple

6) Your payment may be mailed to: Pat Tipple, Wissenberry Vintage, P.O. Box 906, Ada, Michigan 49301

7) Upon receipt of your payment, an e-mail will be sent advising we have received it. Personal checks take 3 days to clear before merchandise is shipped. Money order or cashier's check payment shipments are within 24 hours.

We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and major carriers for larger items. All tracking information will be provided via e-mail at the time of shipping.

If you require a refund, there will be a 10% restocking fee and no refund of shipping costs. So, do ask all and any questions prior to ordering. We will be happy to provide additional pictures of any item to assist you in making a decision. Our business is online and on the line.
